The aim of the strategic project is to create a national center with an advanced system of training for scientific, teaching, and medical personnel in the field of translational medicine with introduction of an effective system for organizing and coordinating research and development, transfer of new biomedical knowledge into clinical practice, and transformation of clinical observations into scientific hypotheses, guaranteeing optimization of medical technologies to increase the quality of life, improve population health, and boost socioeconomic development in the regions of the Russian Federation.

The aim of the project is to establish a competitive research and education center for information and systems analysis activities in the field of digital solutions for medicine and healthcare, development, testing, and assessment of the effectiveness, rationality, and responsiveness of new solutions, and training of competent doctors and researchers to work with digital health technologies and data.

The aim of the Targeted Theranostics project is to shape an innovative ecosystem in the field of advanced pharmaceutical developments that will include a research and education center for advanced training of highly qualified personnel and a unique infrastructure to implement a full cycle of developing innovative drugs and their delivery systems – “from the idea to the clinic”, to provide sustainable integration with the industry.

The aim of the strategic project is to develop a replicable model of modern medical and pharmaceutical education based on individualization of training, digitalization of educational processes and products, and integration of education, science, and clinical practice to improve the quality of training for medical and pharmaceutical specialists.
