The Department of Biomedicine was established with the purpose of training highly skilled professionals in the field of biomedical sciences for the healthcare industry. These professionals will be equipped with the latest technologies and knowledge to drive innovation and shape the future of medicine.
The Department trains specialists for various sectors including research laboratories, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, as well as government and private organizations.
The training programs offered by the department include “Medical Biophysics”, “Medical Biochemistry”, and “Medical Cybernetics”.
The Department is comprised of 157 highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff, including 47 doctors of science, 75 candidates of science, 1 academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and 1 corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
